M I L K +

Dancing · Salt Lake City, UT

About

M I L K + throws themed events five nights a week, from Western Wednesday to Thirsty Thursday and Sugar Sunday. This SLC bar calls itself the city's premiere inclusive spot, drawing a mixed gay-straight crowd with drag shows, go-go boys, and a trans-friendly vibe. Being LGBTQ-owned in a conservative state, inclusivity is part of its foundation.

A handful of reviews raise concerns about payment practices and health code issues, so it's worth checking recent Yelp entries before you go. The line around the block and standard cover of $15-$20 suggest it stays busy. Happy hour runs on some nights, and you'll find other options nearby like Club Try-Angles if the crowd isn't your fit.

From the community

More than a year ago They refuse to settle their debts. A production company was hired for their pride month event but hasn't received any payment. Additionally, health code violations are documented on review sites. Entry fees range from $15 to $20, and drinks are costly, yet there's always a long line. Where is all that revenue going? Furthermore, they harassed a taco truck that was parked outside before they even owned the building. Stay away unless you condone unethical behavior similar to Trump not paying employees. Shame on you, Brent White!
