“This place is a DUMP! STAY AWAY!!!!!”
The counter staff are rude and act like idiots. The place is dirty and rundown. The hot tub smelled like urine and had green water. It's mostly overweight older men of Latino descent.

“DO NOT GO HERE! YOU'RE WELCOME”
I read the reviews before going but decided to try it for convenience, a good price, and because I had a good time at the other location. When I arrived, I could barely understand the guy at the counter and had to keep asking him to repeat himself. I rented a room and was charged $35 instead of the $20 rate for ages 18-25; when I pointed that out, he just brushed me off. I said I would talk to the manager later, and he dismissed that too. Inside, I wanted to shower, but the man cleaning the shower and steam rooms took about four hours and still didn't do a thorough job. The rest of the place is disgusting—no one actually works there; they just sit on their phones texting while condoms, lube, and cum coat every surface upstairs. Not only will I never go back to this location, but I will never go to any Hollywood Spa location again. I refuse to give these jerks my money if they run a place like this. I recommend going anywhere else—even a back alley would be better.

My first visit was enjoyable in the steam room. Sunday afternoon seems like a good time to go; I haven't tried any other night.

“ATTITUDE/DISCUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE”
I went to the North Hollywood location and was judged unfairly by the rude clerk—there's more to say but no time—then a few months later I visited the one on Hollywood Boulevard and got the same sour attitude from the clerk. I didn't give them my business and never will for either location. I hope you go out of business, Hollywood Spa. Fuck you.

“OK, but . . .”
I haven't been to North Hollywood Spa very often, but usually have a decent time. However, the layout isn't as good as other sex venues I've been to, and the rooms are small, cramped, and oddly shaped. Still, I've had some great blowjobs there and gotten my thick dick drained many times.
