It's a nice hotel for a fun getaway.

“Great location but needs to be rescued”

We reserved directly with the hotel expecting better service than with a package deal. Paid extra for a loft room but received a small loft overlooking rooftop fans. Spent $30 on cleaning supplies and then 2 hours cleaning the very dirty room. The smell persisted even after cleaning. My complaint was met with a sorry and then ignored. The location is the best feature of this hotel. I was relieved to move to a Santa Monica beachside hotel for the rest of the trip.

“Perfect position”

A strictly functional hotel. It was clean and professional but felt clinically impersonal. However, the location is unbeatable. It's an ideal home base for exploring West Hollywood and neighboring cities, and we got by without a car. It's easier than you might expect.
