“Wonderful!”

This place is wonderful. The grounds are gorgeous and very well cared for. Having breakfast and lunch by the pool is a great perk. The staff works hard and does an excellent job making sure everything is perfect. They are friendly, helpful, and professional, plus good-looking. We strongly suggest Descanso Resort for anyone planning a Palm Springs trip. We're already excited for our next visit.

More than a year ago. Simple check-in and check-out. Staff were pleasant. Everything well kept. Very clean. Roomy rooms with spacious bathrooms. Good water pressure and temperature. Comfortable bedding and seating. Great mountain views. Big pool with plenty of lounge chairs. Never went to breakfast early. Parking easy and accessible. Central location is excellent. But you do need a car to get around and truly enjoy Palm Springs.

“What a nice surprise!”

First, this is one of very few, if not the only, gay hotels in Palm Springs that is not clothing optional, which is why we chose East Canyon. The property is beautiful, the pool and jacuzzi were extremely clean, the staff couldn't have been nicer, and the owner was very gracious. By the end of our stay it felt like we were staying with friends. If you want a nice relaxing place to stay, do yourself a favor and stay at East Canyon.

“One of the BEST Gay Resorts in Palm Springs”

The only gay resort in Palm Springs with a full service spa on site, and the only gay property that is not clothing optional. Not that it can't still be a tempting and titillating scene around the breakfast buffet or poolside; it is just a bit less in your face there. A very nice place located in Uptown Palm Springs.
