I've been visiting the Hacienda for over 20 years and it has never let me down. The service is exceptional, the rooms are great, and the venue is beautiful. It attracts a more mature crowd that is respectful of others. I have nothing but praise for this amazing resort. It's definitely worth the cost. - clean rooms - comfy beds - easy layout - nice amenities - romantic - upscale/trendy

“Attention to Detail”
What a gorgeous place! The rooms are extremely clean, high-end products, and careful attention to small details that impress you. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A nice bonus is that besides a full breakfast, your room rate also covers a lunch option, served by the pool or in your room. The grounds are lovely with well-designed landscaping, set against the beautiful mountains. Considering the amenities and meals included, I found the room rate quite reasonable. I will definitely return.

For my first trip to Palm Springs, I picked The Hacienda and it was a great choice. Every staff member truly cared about my comfort and well-being…nothing was ever too much trouble. I was lucky to have an extended stay there, and when I had to leave, I honestly felt like I was saying goodbye to close friends. Even the owners checked in on me a couple of times to make sure everything was fine and that I didn't need anything else. I've stayed at many gay resorts across the country, and The Hacienda is definitely my absolute favorite. I can't wait to return.
