A 750 square foot brand new garden-level one-bedroom studio in an early 1900s bungalow. The neighborhood has shops, restaurants, cafes, parks, and nightlife. It's half a block from a bus stop that connects cheaply and quickly to other transit and the 16th Street Mall downtown.
