“...still a great place but”

After spending enough time interacting with whoever checks you in or assists with anything, I was surprised by the almost annoyed attitude toward helping customers. We really felt like we were an inconvenience, and we only asked for the beach chairs they offer but need staff help to get. Still, it's a very nice place.
