“Satisfactory”
The room had a modern feel but on a budget. The bathroom was better than the very cramped one at Palmer House. There was no closet door or room safe, so anyone in the hallway can see what's hanging inside when you open the door. Staff were polite. My first dinner was disappointing but reasonably priced. One woman noted how fishy her whitefish tasted. A group of businessmen loudly expressed how pleased they were with beer prices. The combination dresser, fridge, bar, and TV stand left little space for clothes. The pool was nice, though a bit warm. The exercise room looked good, and the rooftop garden would have been a pleasant evening spot but closes at 10, along with the pool and exercise area. Elevators were slow. Halls were noisy but the room was quiet by city standards. It's a short walk to the bus stop for bus 1 to Union Station. I'd stay there again.
