“Good location but dirty”

The hotel is right at the intersection of Bourbon and Canal streets, very central. Front desk staff are helpful. My complaint is the dirty room. It looks like someone threw a hurricane cocktail against the wall. The carpet is worn and has gum ground into it. The thermostat doesn't work either. Glad I'm not paying for this room.
