“Loved it Loved it”
I wasn't after a bed and breakfast, just wanted to be on the water. But I got much more. The room was big, the fireplace turned on with a switch, and the sliding door let in a lovely breeze. Hearing the waves against the shore quickly shifted us from the busy world into vacation mode.

“This is not a B&B anymore. Why stay here?”
If you want a genuine bed and breakfast where guests interact, this isn't it. It's not run like a B&B, and there are many others to pick from. I couldn't get into my preferred guesthouse and ended up here with friends. It's more like a rooming house with just rooms and nothing else. Not very clean either. My best advice is to skip it. The only plus is that a restaurant is directly across the street.

“One of the best places in Provincetown”
Very near to everything with excellent staff. The exterior is well maintained. People walking by often do a double take. If you're making a once-in-a-lifetime trip to this town, this is where you should stay.

“Unsurpassed”
Amazing location with views of both the water and people relaxing by the pool. Meticulous care given to every detail and wish. Spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished. The presence of some straight couples makes this lovely place even more welcoming, since everyone gets along. I liked it so much that, knowing my schedule wouldn't let me return as soon as I'd want, I took two towels that still hang in my bathroom. I'd recommend this place without hesitation, but you do need reservations because it's very popular.
