“BEWARE OF THIS PLACE”

BE WARNED! We had reservations made well in advance (four weeks). The owner cashed my deposit check, but when we showed up for the town's big celebration week, he said the room wasn't available. He claimed he would find us something, but there was nothing open, and the local Chamber of Commerce confirmed this to me directly. We drove six hours from New York, and he had plenty of time to call or email us before we arrived. After all, checkout is at 11 a.m., so if there was an emergency, he could have contacted us before we got there at 4 p.m. I don't want anyone else to end up as disappointed as we were.

“Cute-Clean-Quaint”

My partner and I stayed for a second year in a row at this guest house in Provincetown. It's right in the center of everything—shops, clubs, dining, and a 20-minute walk to the beach and dunes. The owners are the kindest hosts. Highly recommended.
