“THE BEST B”

I've traveled all around the country, and this place is incredible! Highlights: room with a theme CD, massage therapist, steam room great. Mixed clientele because people recognize a good gay spot and don't care. Breakfast is fantastic, even made my boyfriend a separate meal for dietary needs. Location is perfect, in the heart but two blocks away for quiet. Complimentary beach kits or umbrellas depending on weather we used both. It's really too good for words.

Over a year ago, for my second trip to Provincetown, I wanted somewhere very comfortable and central. I chose Carpe Diem and it exceeded my expectations and more. You definitely get what you pay for. Everything was exceptional. The owners and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It feels like a big family. Our room was called Ruan Ji. The bed was super comfortable and the air conditioning was welcome during a hot week. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. The cleaning staff tidied up while we were at breakfast and were always done by the time we got back. The German breakfast buffet was fantastic. One owner would provide a tasty special of the day and there were many options in the buffet, so you could eat as much or as little as you wanted. Breakfast was a great time to meet other guests, who were all friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxed. I made new friends during my stay. The spa area was also great. The hot tub, steam room, and sauna were all first class. When you're in the hot tub, it feels like you're a million miles away. Massage services are top-notch. I recommend trying one if you stay here. You'll feel very relaxed and energized afterwards. Carpe Diem is great not only for gay travelers but for everyone. People of all sexual preferences and backgrounds stayed, and everyone blended in perfectly, as it should be. Special thanks to one owner for driving us to the airport when we couldn't reach a taxi. That was an extra special touch and very appreciated. Overall, I can't fault Carpe Diem and would definitely stay again.

“No other place to stay.”

This was our second stay at the Carpe Diem and it's truly a remarkable, top-notch inn. If you want upscale accommodations, exceptional service, fantastic breakfasts, and a great spa, then this is the place. The owners go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and meet your needs from reservations to spa appointments. The spa deck is clothing optional in the true European style, and wine hour turned into social hour where we met great people and made friends.
