“TURN DOWN THE RINGER ON THAT PHONE”
The phone at the front desk rings very loudly and can be heard throughout the building. I stayed in rooms on both the second and third floors, and starting at 8am every day the ringing was audible in both. There aren't any comfortable common spaces to relax and chat with other guests; the seating options are all hardwood or wicker. It's quite noisy. None of the rooms have televisions, and there is no air conditioning at all. It's fine for a last-minute trip, which is why I ended up staying here.

“Great location, but that's about it..”
It's definitely not the nicest accommodation in town. The rooms are clean but somewhat worn. However, the location is nearly perfect.
