“Its clean”
I can't speak for other hotels in Rochester, but this one is clean and modern. Great views of the river and not many kids around. The gym has a full set of weights. It's near the convention center, but there's hardly anything to do outside the hotel since everything is closed. You'll need to walk pretty far to find decent places, or take a taxi. Taxis are easy to get.
