“STL guys in Milwaukee”

I've stayed at many InterContinental Hotels worldwide, and this one was not the best. There was a reservation issue even though I called twice directly to confirm our arrival. I had booked a King Suite, but upon arrival I was told it wasn't available and they offered what they called "The Pink Room." I refused to sleep in an entirely pink room, so we chose a Queen instead, which was fine, but the room was very damp everywhere—the bed linens, towels, carpet, chairs, everything felt damp, as if something had been sprayed. At checkout, the TV checkout didn't work, so I called the front desk and checked out by phone. I requested an email receipt but never received it, even though the staff repeated my email address back correctly. The bar was nice though.

“WOW What a Place to Stay!!”

I've had the pleasure of staying at the InterContinental many times. The beds are amazing, the staff at the restaurant are friendly, and the drinks are excellent. The Chocolate Buffet is divine.
