The staff were excellent and very helpful, going out of their way to make sure your stay is as good as possible. This is a great choice if you want a quiet, relaxing hotel. There's a continental breakfast each morning, free Wi-Fi and parking, and it's easy to reach downtown and Canal Park because of how close it is. They also sell wristbands for the Edgewater Resort and the water park right across the street.
