“Really about the patio and the people watching”
Bubala's has a great location, close to everything, and the service is usually quick once you get past the line. I really enjoy the lobster salad roll, and breakfast items are generally good. The food isn't amazing, but I still like it and always visit when I'm there. Good for brunch.

“Nice patio...expensive lunch”
I had been craving a lobster roll ever since my trip to Provincetown began. The one I got here didn't impress me—it was just okay. However, they have a nice outdoor space for drinks and appetizers.

The food is mediocre, and the prices don't match the quality or service. This place gets by on its patio and location. Go elsewhere, or lower your expectations.

“If your in to just "OK" it's okay!”
Great location, but the food is only average. There are long lines, but people need to eat somewhere, and tourists seem to like it. Most tourists are used to average service and food. The staff wasn't friendly.

“Meh...”
This place is okay if you have a bunch of kids and don't care about food quality. The water view is obstructed by a parking lot, and when we visited the patio was too hot even though it was cute and offered a good view of Commercial Street. My chicken was dry, and my husband's fish wasn't good either.
