About

Bar: Full barBest nights: Tue, Sun

A pale yellow dining room sets a quiet, sophisticated mood at 315 Restaurant & Wine Bar. Chef Louis Moskow, classically trained at the Culinary Institute and through Europe, brings French cuisine with a contemporary twist to Santa Fe. The menu changes often, featuring organic vegetables and local ingredients alongside seafood. The wine list is one of the region's largest, with seasonal selections from top vineyards.

Reservations are accepted and the sidewalk patio opens seasonally. Regulars recommend asking about the daily specials, which reviewers call the best things to order. The full bar and free wifi make this a comfortable spot for a casual evening or a full tasting menu with wine pairings. It's a smart alternative to the city's usual Southwestern fare.

Located in The Plaza neighborhood, 315 Restaurant & Wine Bar is steps from Santa Fe's historic central square and its galleries, shops, and attractions.

“This is our favorite restaurant in Santa Fe”

We have been part-time Santa Fe residents for many years and know chef Louis Moskow well. He previously worked in New Orleans before starting his own restaurant here. An evening here is time well spent. The food is the highlight, served in a refined and pleasant setting that is typically quiet and reserved. It is not a loud place. The wine list is excellent. Always ask about the specials, as they are frequently the best choices.
