About

You'll smell the mingling of masa and soy sauce as soon as you walk in—this is Chinese-Mexican fusion from Chef José Andrés at The Cosmopolitan on the Strip. The menu leans into small, pricey plates, but the flavors have real payoff. Chicken mole tacos get frequent praise, as does the flan. Tea is available, coffee is not. The crowd tilts 20s and 30s, mixed gay and straight, and service is solid.

Weekend brunch hours start at 10am, while weekdays open at 11pm. It's a rare spot where you can order dim sum and tacos in the same meal. The décor is casual but the pricing and chef pedigree push it upscale fast-casual. For classic Vegas steakhouse vibes nearby, Mon Ami Gabi is an easy walk.

This restaurant is located on The Strip inside The Cosmopolitan, right in the heart of Las Vegas tourism.

“Great fusion Mexican and Chinese cuisine.”

Blends Mexican and Chinese cuisines in a way that works better than you'd expect. Portions are small and pricey, but the food packs flavor. The tacos, especially the chicken with mole sauce, are excellent. The vegetable fried rice is also very good, and the flan ranks among the best I've had. Service was fine. The decor is casual and basic. They offer tea but no coffee. It's an unusual place worth trying.
