“Good food but poor service.”
The dining room and even the restrooms are beautiful at the new Aria Casino. I've been twice and both times it was very crowded and loud. The food is decent, but the service is lacking. It seems like there aren't enough servers, or they aren't properly trained and managed. Since the menu is mostly small plates, your bill can add up fast if you order a lot. The tapas are flavorful, and the desserts are good too. I've heard good things about the paella, but it takes 35 minutes to make so I didn't order it. Overall a nice experience except for the service.
