About
If you love karaoke and a tight-knit vibe, this small Waikiki bar is your spot. The bartenders whip up quality drinks using fresh juices and homemade mixers, and prices are cheaper than most gay bars in town. Regulars treat it like a family BBQ, so bring a friend and sing along.
Open nightly from 7pm to 2am, it's a cozy space where even the staff will jump on the mic to kick things off. If you're not into karaoke, you might feel out of place; but for everyone else, it's a local staple within walking distance of Hula's Bar & Lei Stand .

“very friendly to islaud visitors”
I visited for the first time last night. It's a bit hard to find and pretty small. But the bartenders and owner are really welcoming to visitors. Great drinks, plenty of fun, singing, and such. Try to go at least once during your trip.

“Small but sweet.”
The wonderful staff makes this bar one you keep coming back to. The owner is very friendly and makes everyone feel welcome. I'm not a big karaoke fan, but many locals take it seriously, so the singing is usually decent.

“Off the beaten path....”
This spot is small and a bit out of the way, but it's worth seeking out. The bartender makes excellent drinks that are well-priced and delicious. The atmosphere is energetic and fun. I loved singing along all night—it felt almost like being at a family barbecue. If you're not into karaoke, you might feel out of place, so maybe skip it. But for everyone else, bring a buddy because the regulars treat this place as a staple of the local gay scene, just like Fusions and Hula's.

“Great place to hang”
I've visited several times and always have a fantastic time. The bartenders are incredibly friendly, the prices are lower than most gay bars, and the drinks are top-notch because they use fresh juices and house-made mixers. The crowd is a blast. It's a small venue, but that adds to the charm unless you're claustrophobic. It reminds me of a karaoke bar straight out of Tokyo. If you ask, the bartenders will even sing to kick things off. Party on at Wang Chung's!
