An ideal after-work spot! I enjoy working at a big university in the city. The bartenders are cute, but it's not a place to bring your mom. The crowd is fun.

I came here on the first of September in 2022 for karaoke night, which was a lucky coincidence. The bar is located in North Oakland, about a ten-minute drive from downtown. They carded everyone, but there was no cover charge. The space is essentially a bar and a dance floor with some tables and chairs, plus a DJ booth on the right side of the dance floor. Look for the blue Christmas lights and disco ball above the dance floor. There's a new bar and a pool table in the back area they call the man cave. The crowd was mixed, thick, and seemed to be mostly locals and gay college students. I liked the muscular bartender and the cheap drinks—a rum and coke was only $4.50. I'd probably come back to see male strippers or go-go dancers. Highlights included cute bartenders, easy parking, a fun crowd, and a total dive vibe.
