About
CC's Seattle has never charged a cover since it opened in 1993. The drinks are strong and cheap, and the crowd leans male, 25–55, with a mix of regulars and newcomers.
Two pool tables, high-tech dart boards, and pinball machines fill the bar. Food is served most hours. Mike the bartender makes a mean margarita. No attitude, no drama, just a relaxed neighborhood spot at the edge of Capitol Hill.
Located on lower Capitol Hill, CC's sits at the edge of Seattle's main gayborhood, steps from other bars and nightlife.

Without a doubt, the best bartender in Seattle is a guy named Mike. Order his margarita and you'll be pleased. This is my usual spot for affordable, potent drinks in a chill neighborhood setting that attracts a diverse crowd but leans older and friendlier. Great happy hour and strong drinks.

I'm really let down by the door staff. I've been to this place about 30 times in the past year without any issues—I'd go, have a couple drinks, and leave. Last week I was at a friend's party and admittedly overdid it for the first time. The bartender was very nice about it, gave me water, and I paid and left. This week, when I was completely sober, the bouncer told my friend not to let me have more than one drink. I was shocked and embarrassed by the profiling. After one tipsy incident where I caused no trouble, I'm treated like a problem? It would make sense if it happened often, but this is ridiculous. They talked to my friend before I even had a drink. I can't understand why they'd do that. The bartenders are great, though.

“a QUESTION, not a review.....HELP1”
Hi! I live in Bellingham now, but I'm moving to Seattle soon once I sell my home. I'm planning my first visit to CC's after reading reviews on Yelp and other sites. It sounds fun for someone into bears. I'm 50 but look younger, with long hair, no beard, not a twink but slim with earrings, easy on the eyes but definitely not a bear—more of a bottom chaser. Should I go elsewhere? Would I be welcomed there? I want my first bear bar experience to be fun and memorable. I'm easygoing, friendly, and polite. Help!
