“Told not to return”

We had two rooms for five people. The balcony doors were locked shut, and the rooms were like standard old Vegas hotel rooms. We noticed a sign saying wired internet cost $14 a day per room, so we didn't use it and got info from locals or pamphlets instead. We had minor issues during our three-night stay. But at checkout on the 14th, the front desk charged us a $120 service fee for internet and other things. When we asked for a supervisor, she was firm and said the fee would stay. I told her we'd never return, and she replied, 'Don't ever come back.' We had won over $2,000 on slots and drank a lot of free beer without causing any trouble.
