Bellagio Hotel & Casino
Hotel · Las Vegas, NV
About
The lobby's glass ceiling by Dale Chihuly and the iconic fountain show set a polished tone at this Strip hotel. Rooms are elegant, and the spa is well-regarded. Note: reaching the pool or spa requires crossing the entire casino floor, a quirk regulars know.
Check-in can be slow, and some staff interactions have been reported as poor. Restaurants are pricey and not always worth it. Save your visit for the evening fountain show or explore the on-site museum. You might consider a stay at the nearby Luxor Hotel & Casino instead.

“One of the top 3 hotels on the Las Vegas Strip”
Over time, I've developed good relationships with the staff at the Bellagio. It's always well-maintained and spotless. The rooms are gorgeous, and the fountain show is amazing.

“a feast for the eyes”
It was designed to wow your senses, but it's overpriced and feels a bit cold and impersonal.

“Not Worth Your Money”
The hotel decor is indeed very nice. However, the customer service is terrible. One employee told me in Spanish that she did not speak English! When I repeated the same question in Spanish, she just walked away! Everything at Bellagio is overhyped and too costly. Go in the evening to see the fountains lit up, they are beautiful. Other than that, don't bother. Many other hotels have similar amenities for much less money and with friendlier staff.

“Very crowded.”
I have stayed here many times but lately I avoid it because check-in is a nightmare with the slowest clerks of any hotel in Las Vegas. Check out the glass decor in the lobby ceiling and the large indoor patio, which changes every quarter. The casino is classy and the rooms are nice. I don't like having to walk through the entire casino to get to the pool or spa. The spa is quite good. The restaurants are overpriced and not really worth it. Make sure to see 'O' at the hotel. Their museum is excellent.
