About

Bar: Full bar

In Provincetown's East End, Ross' Grill sits inside Whalers Wharf with a view that pulls you in. This European-style bistro offers harbor vistas and a wine list stacked with over 75 options by the glass. The atmosphere feels intimate and first-class, but you're fine in casual clothes. Owner-prepared seafood and European dishes anchor the menu, earning a Zagat 'excellent' rating.

Request a table on the back balcony for the full harbor experience, or sit at the bar where Caazar the bartender keeps regulars company. Lunch draws a quieter crowd than dinner, and the seabreeze on a summer eve is hard to beat. Dog-friendly and open for happy hour, it's a spot that works for solo diners or a romantic night out. If you're exploring nearby, The Mews Restaurant & Cafe is another East End favorite worth a stop.

“Good food with a nice view”

Ask for a table on the back balcony or try to sit facing the harbor while you eat. I like Ross' more for lunch than dinner.

“Best Secret Place”

The owner cooks quality food. There's a good wine list, a friendly bartender, and an excellent server. You get a beautiful ocean view and a soothing sea breeze on warm summer nights. It's romantic, and if you're alone, you'll often find friendly people at the bar.

A charming small spot in Whaler's Wharf with excellent food that puts creative spins on traditional dishes. It's a fantastic lunch choice offering a wonderful bay view (and a view of the nearby hotel pool!). The staff provided very attentive service.
