The food and atmosphere were fantastic, and we had a great time overall. Just be sure to book ahead on weekends or you might end up waiting for a table.

“Great food but some pretty horrendous service”
The main issue is that on weekends, the earliest reservation isn't until 9pm, after the space is cleared from Low Tea, so there's a huge rush of people trying to get seated and it's total chaos. Our group of five had a reservation made a few hours earlier, but we still waited 20 minutes for a table, then another 20 minutes before anyone took our order. Even though there appeared to be enough staff, they were just wandering around the room instead of helping us. This pattern continued throughout the night, and we didn't finish our meal until midnight—a three-hour dinner. They really need to improve their service or set better expectations given the unusual timing. The food was excellent, though quite expensive (which is expected), but we probably won't return unless we hear that the service has gotten better.
