“Complete Hole-in-the-Wall: Just be careful!”
I've been a regular at Cobalt for years and really like the crowd and the very friendly bartenders. My only worry is that the bar has had several armed robberies (I was present for one), so I'd advise being cautious; the neighborhood isn't great either.
